They're absolutely killer live. The next time they come through you should see 'em if you haven't already.

Ok, so I won another contest...

Won the Unreadable Band logo contest on Metalsucks.net Link

I guess I should be getting a "Spineshank" CD in the mail soon. I honestly have never listened to Spineshank. They are not "trve" enough to be on the metal-archives...so I am expecting some sort of nu-metal or something...

OK. I probably got a little carried away during my vacation:

Nile - In Their Darkest Shrines
    Vintersorg - Cosmic Genesis
    Drottnar - Anamorphosis
Immortal - At the Heart of Winter
Cult of Luna - Eternal Kingdom
Cult of Luna - Somewhere Along the Highway
In the Woods - Return to the Isle of Man
    Antestor - Defeat of Satan
Virgin Black - Requiem - Mezzo Forte
    For Ruin - Shade
    For Ruin - Obsidian
For Ruin - Live at Winterfest 2006 (DVD)
    Hebosagil - Colossal

I forgot to include some Leviathan albums, but I guess I just need to do that next time. Which albums should I start with?

For Leviathan, start with The Tenth Sub Level of Suicide.

Thanks, I'll probably buy that one and some other album from Leviathan. Lurker of Chalice looks very interesting also. I have to check it out, when I have time. Too much music...

Good score, Ethr. Here's my latest haul:

Isen Torr - Mighty & Superior

Count Raven - Destruction of the Void (rounds out those reissues for me...I officially love this band)

Witchfynde - Lords of Sin/Anthems (I am probably most excited about listening to this. I picked up the first album at this cool store called The Beat while I was visiting Sacramento and fell in love with it, so this'll be my second full-length from these guys)

Energy Vampires - S/T (heard the songs on their MySpace, very weird but cool classic metal vibe)

Witchfinder General - Death Penalty & Friends of Hell (I have everything BUT these...I couldn't find them for a decent price until now)

Yeah, I can't wait to listen to it myself. Everything in the packaging, from the extensive interview to the awesome and sometimes hilarious photos, is impressive, too. It's probably the best packaging of any SKR release yet.
