The worst fans?

Since we've added sports teams I gotta go with Auburn fans. Yeah, they've had Bama's number for the last few years, but they can never touch the tradition and the championships . That's what makes them annoying. They wanna be Bama, but they can't. Here's a favorite quote of mine. This was from a former Bama basketball player back in 1975:

"If someone in Los Angeles asks you and you say 'I played at Alabama,' everyone knows what that means. If you had to say 'I played at Auburn,' that would be about like saying 'I played at Rutgers.' People aren't even sure where it is."

I don't know, Twilight...I lived in Tuscaloosa for four years and I can tell you that you the Aubies are mostly intolerable. I say mostly because the women there aren't so bad!

I know Pantera's been said, but I think Down fans take it to a new level.  Hah!  A New Level???  Seriously, though.  Down fans are assholes.  I love Down, though.

Try living in the mitten and cheering for Sparty...we get all kinds of condescending shit, despite the fact that MSU has won two national championships in major sports (2000 - basketball, 2006 - hockey) since scUM last shared a title in football. All of their bragging is based on some titles won back when there were like four programs playing college football (and the years when they paid for their basketball team).

Hockey is a major sport like badmintion, net ball and field hockey, but I stills see what you did there.

They're the worst I've been around. Although, to be fair I cheer when bad things happen to Michael Irvin, too.

I am not a Michael Irvin fan, but I certainly did not like seeing his career end that way. I would have liked to see him go out on his own terms

BUT

I am also not going to lie and say I didnt laugh my ass off every time they raided an appartment and found him, some hookers and loads of drugs. Seemed like every time dallas PD broke down a door Mike Irvin was on the other side of it.

It was two times right and once he was convicted and the second time it was lie and just some chick that was pisssed off at him making shit up right?

i think there were three arrests.....two in raids and one for speeding and warrants. in one of the raids they seized drugs he claimed were not his, that he tried to make the hooker take the rap for, but his super bowl ring was IN THE BAG with the ecstacy. classic.
